Add a provider webhook endpoint

Subscribe to provider lifecycle and messaging events. whatsapp.message.received delivers the complete sanitized inbound WhatsApp message in data.message together with messageId, wamId, from, phoneNumberId, displayPhoneNumber, contactName, receivedAt, and history. Verify x-wevlix-signature against the exact raw body before parsing JSON.
