List all provider message requests for the last 30 days

https://api.wevlix.com/v1/provider/message-logs

Returns the dashboard logical-request view across all this provider’s managed users. Optionally filter by userId (managed user ID or external user ID). Includes recovery and fallback attempts across channels. Limited to the last 30 days or shorter project retention policy. Grouping and pagination are by request across all selected users.
